Phenolic plywood, as the name suggests, is a board formed by using a phenolic glue surface and two compression molding techniques.
Phenolic plywood has super bonding strength, waterproof and abrasion resistance. The core is all first-class large materials, uniform thickness, clear lines, and high turnover.
The characteristics of phenolic plywood are:
A. No deformation, no cracking, good water resistance, fire and flame retardant, long life cycle, housing construction projects can be used repeatedly for more than 8-15 times.
B. Wear-resistant, sturdy and durable, each process is checked layer by layer.
C. It is easy to remove the film and has strong immersion and peeling performance.
D. Good weather resistance, high strength and easy maintenance.
E. Corrosion resistance, no pollution to the building surface.
F. To make concrete walls, the surface of the pouring objects is smooth and beautiful, minus the wall plastering process, and shorten the construction period by 40%.
G. It can be used as a flat template for deforming.
Phenolic plywood is in the production of plywood, the glued veneer is aged, the glue still maintains its fluidity, and then pre-compressed, the glue is dehydrated, and the adjacent veneer is initially bonded, so it will be used in the future. In the middle, the group billet veneer can be neatly arranged to avoid displacement.
